Sam has dedicated her entire career to pharmaceutical research, ever since she completed her PhD in Biotechnology over 13 years ago. She is passionate about integration and the application of research to comprehensively answer the most complex of business challenges. Possessing a unique blend of scientific rigour to understand and decipher our clients’ research need, with solid business acumen to drive commercial success.
She excels in helping her clients drive change within their organisations by serving as a trusted strategic advisor. Sam takes pride in understanding her clients personally, recognising their unique needs and the dynamics of their organisations. She loves a good brainstorming session with clients to discuss challenges and thrash out potential solutions and strategies for moving forward.

- Selected to present at a number of research conferences including Bioprocessing International 2010 in Mexico and AIDs 2014 in Melbourne.
- Delivering commercial growth by building client relationships based on credibility, trust and chemistry. Within both new logos where brand recognition is low as well as significant expansion of existing client accounts.
- Taking over the leadership of a fragmented Global team (UK, US and India) and creating a culture that the whole team felt proud to be part of.
- Being the first UK team member hired within a US focused company to drive global expansion of their market research and integrated insights (MR with commercial analytic, HEOR and strategy) offering.
- Leading a business development transformation workstream across an organisation, to set the foundations, process and instil the behaviour change needed to drive our collective commercial success.
