About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Senior Research Executive to join our UK Insights team. This is a great opportunity for a healthcare researcher ready to take more ownership of projects, build their client relationships and develop towards Research Manager level.
You will work across both qualitative and quantitative research, helping to orchestrate projects from set up through to delivery. You will increasingly take ownership of smaller projects and workstreams, becoming a trusted day to day contact for clients while working closely with experienced senior researchers.

- Act as a day to day client contact, building confidence and trusted relationships
- Take ownership of smaller projects and workstreams with senior support
- Draft screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires and other research materials
- Analyse and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data, identifying the key story and implications
- Contribute to reports and take ownership of sections of the analysis and storytelling
- Present findings and sections of debriefs confidently to clients
- Proactively identify potential project challenges and help find solutions before they become issues
- Support proposals and wider client opportunities
- Embrace AI and technology to improve the quality and efficiency of our research
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare market research or a closely related field
- Experience working across qualitative and quantitative research
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset and confidence taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in turning research into clear, meaningful insights
- Confident communication skills and a desire to build stronger client relationships
- Curious, ambitious and excited by innovation, technology and AI powered research
- Applicants must be based in the UK and have the permanent right to work in the UK
- Unfortunately, Day One is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role
What we offer

- Clear career progression opportunities
- High quality training and development
- A collaborative, ambitious and supportive culture
- Hybrid working with two to three days each week in our London office, where we collaborate, learn and innovate together
- The opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading healthcare organisations on projects that make a real impact
