About the role
We are looking for an experienced quantitative healthcare market researcher to join our UK Insights team. As a Quantitative Account Director, you will lead complex research programmes for global pharmaceutical clients, taking ownership of projects from proposal through to delivery while building trusted client relationships and helping grow our quantitative business.
You will combine strong research expertise with commercial thinking, champion innovative approaches and use AI and technology to deliver smarter, more impactful insights.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex quantitative research programmes from proposal through to delivery
- Manage large international tracking studies and other strategic quantitative projects
- Build trusted relationships with clients and become their day-to-day strategic partner
- Deliver compelling insights, presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Develop proposals and contribute to new business growth
- Mentor and support researchers across the team
- Champion the use of AI, technology and innovative quantitative methodologies
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in healthcare quantitative market research or a related field
- Strong expertise in quantitative research methodologies and data analysis
- Experience leading complex international tracking programmes
- Excellent project management, organisational and client relationship skills
- A commercial mindset with an interest in developing client accounts
- Passion for innovation, technology and AI powered research
- Applicants must be based in the UK and have the permanent right to work in the UK
