Our pharma client needed to fully understand physicians online browsing behaviours, to better engage with them during the pandemic.
What we did
Passive metering to collect the online browsing history of physicians going back 90 days, including search terms, websites visited, and information consumed.
The outcome
The research provided clear recommendations on how and when to reach physicians, as well as identifying the content they preferred to consume.
