How can you get up close and personal with respiratory patients during the pandemic? The challenge With limited data available on how patients with severe respiratory disease were coping with the pandemic, our client wanted to identify how they could help. What we did Patients shared their experiences using text, voice memos and video selfies. Every time they felt mentally or physically impacted, they told us using a wearable device. The outcome The clients were able to fully understand the extent to which people were living in fear and isolation and identify unmet needs that they could address.
