About the role
We’re looking for an experienced consultant ready to step into strategic ownership. You’ll lead project delivery, manage client relationships day-to-day and mentor junior colleagues. Alongside helping to shape how AI and digital tools change the way pharma companies make decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagements: scope, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality strategic outputs
- Manage AI Models with a clear ability to shape strategic outputs and interfaces for clients
- Own project timelines, quality, and resourcing across 2–3 concurrent workstreams
- Translate complex client needs into structured frameworks and actionable recommendations
- Coach and develop Consultants and Analysts in the team
- Integrate AI, data visualisation, and digital tools to strengthen consulting outputs
- Contribute to business development, including proposals, new business and client relationship building activities
- Share thinking through POVs, social content and contributation to whitepapers
Requirements
- 4–6 years in consulting or a healthcare/life sciences environment
- Track record of leading workstreams or client-facing projects
- Strong knowledge of digital health trends and the pharma/life sciences ecosystem
- Confident and credible when influencing senior stakeholders
- Demonstrable AI proficiency through active use of LLMs, prompt engineering and AI-powered tools to enhance delivery quality and efficiency
- Familiarity with the Gen AI landscape: understands model differences, use cases and limitations in a business context
- Excellent client engagement skills, with ability to build trust, problem-solve, manage expectations and communicates complex ideas clearly at all levels
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly to client sites across the UK and internationally
