About the role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to start building their project management career in healthcare data and insights. As a Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of research projects across multiple markets, learning to manage budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships with guidance from your colleagues. Key responsibilities
- Support and manage the day-to-day delivery of research projects, with guidance from senior team members
- Help build supplier relationships, assisting with pricing negotiations and quality checks
- Learn to cost and budget projects accurately, developing your commercial understanding
- Provide clients and researchers with timely, proactive project updates
- Support compliance with pharmacovigilance (PV) requirements
- Get hands-on with AI and technology tools to build efficient ways of working
Requirements
- Some experience or exposure to market research, project coordination, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Curiosity about using AI and technology to enhance ways of working
