Account Director

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced healthcare market research professional to lead complex insight projects for global pharmaceutical clients.  As an Account Director, you’ll take ownership of projects from proposal through to delivery, build trusted client relationships, and help grow our business. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring other team members and championing use of innovative research approaches, including the use of AI and technology.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, becoming a trusted day-to-day advisor
  • Develop proposals and contribute to new business growth
  • Deliver compelling insights and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Champion the use of AI and technology to improve research efficiency and impact

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in healthcare market research or a related field
  • Strong qualitative and/or quantitative research expertise
  • Excellent project management, organizational and client relationship skills
  • Experience presenting insights to client stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
  • Passion for innovation, technology and AI-enabled research
