Watch our latest webinar: Who can you trust? A pharma leader’s guide to vetting AI for insights

We uncovered the real reasons clinicians in Germany weren't using our client’s cardiovascular therapy as expected. We then built those insights into a custom AI agent so the team could explore potential objections and practice their responses to prepare for real clinical scenarios.
Despite strong clinical evidence, uptake of our client’s treatment was inconsistent. Decisions in acute care happen fast and under pressure, shaped as much by habit and confidence as by protocol. The client could see the barriers to uptake, but didn’t have a way to help their teams tackle them in conversations with clinicians.
We paired in-depth qualitative research with a custom AI agent trained to mimic the target physician. This allowed our client to interact with the agent and explore the barriers, working through real-world scenarios and refining how they’d respond when these moments came up in clinic.
The client moved from understanding the barriers to actively working through them. Sales reps could rehearse and refine their approach, leading to positive engagements with physicians and more confidence about how to shift uptake in fast-moving acute settings.
